A family table brought to Montana
Suzette's Organics started with a family, a set of recipes, and a belief that organic food is far more than smoothies and salads. Everything we make traces back to that conviction.
Roots in heritage
The recipes at our core come from Susana's mother and grandmother — Filipino dishes passed down across generations. In 2003, we made the commitment to eat organic at home, and everything grew from there.
A food truck becomes a restaurant
We started dreaming in 2018 with a food truck, then a spot opened in Hamilton and we stepped through that door instead — building the farm-to-table organic restaurant we'd always imagined.
The family behind the food
It's the five of us — Clay and Susana, with kids Anthony, Emilio, and Lillia — putting our heart into every dish. When you visit, you're sitting at our family table.
Growing the table
Hamilton embraced us, and that gave us the courage to bring Suzette's to Missoula — opening inside the city's historic former Finnegan's building. We're proud partners of local organic farmers who believe where food comes from matters as much as how it's cooked.
